Yoga is for everyone! Join us every Friday in June and July from noon to 1 PM in the Darragh Center. Iyengar yoga will help improve your strength and flexibility, increase your energy. Our class utilizes skillful instruction, yoga props, and individual pose modifications to make it accessible to all. Classes are led by David Monteith. Water, mats, and props are available, but you may bring your own.
